Who we are

Chelt is operated by TraqPlan Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 11169162. TraqPlan Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect

When you use the demo request form, we collect your name, work email, organisation, role, what you’d like to do, and anything you choose to add (sector, portfolio size, tools you use, how you heard about us, and what you’d like Chelt to help with). When you join the waiting list or sign up for news, we collect your name, work email, role, organisation if given, and the updates you’ve asked for.

If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect information about how you use this site, such as pages viewed. See “Cookies and analytics” below.

Why we use it

To respond to your request, arrange demos and pilots, and send you the updates you have asked for. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about Chelt, and your consent for updates, which you can withdraw at any time. If you accept analytics cookies, we use them to understand how the site is used, based on your consent.

Who we share it with

Only the services we use to run the site, receive form submissions and send email: Netlify (website hosting, form submissions and email). If you accept analytics cookies, we also use Google (Google Analytics) and PostHog (EU hosting) to see how the site is used. We do not sell your data or share it for anyone else’s marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, and waiting list details until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by contacting us through the contact form on our home page. Every update email includes an unsubscribe link. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at https://ico.org.uk (opens in a new tab).

Cookies and analytics

Analytics cookies are off until you accept them. If you accept, we use Google Analytics and PostHog to see how visitors use the site. We do not record sessions. If you decline, neither tool collects usage data. Your choice is stored in your browser, and you can change it at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer of this site.
